Our client is seeking a Principal Civil Engineer to join their Dublin office, offering an excellent opportunity to take a leading role in the delivery of high-quality civil engineering projects.
You will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of civil engineering works across a diverse portfolio including aviation, education, residential, healthcare, industrial, commercial, and energy sectors. The role includes a strong focus on drainage, watermain design, and road infrastructure, along with oversight of technical outputs, reports, and calculations at all project stages. You will also act as Ancillary Certifier on building projects and provide leadership to a small team of engineers and technicians.
This is a key leadership position requiring a Chartered Engineer (Engineers Ireland or equivalent) with proven experience in delivering civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will be confident managing teams, working independently, and using software such as Causeway or MicroDrainage. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
