With a strong pipeline of work spanning residential developments, education, regeneration schemes, highways and infrastructure projects, our client is looking for a talented engineer ready to take a leading technical role within a collaborative and growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a civil engineer with at least five years' UK consultancy experience who enjoys leading projects, mentoring junior engineers and working closely with clients to deliver innovative infrastructure solutions from concept through to construction.

Experience in residential developments, schools, regeneration projects, sewer diversions and highways will be highly beneficial.

Applicants should hold a degree in Civil Engineering and have a strong understanding of flood risk assessments, SuDS design, detailed drainage strategies, earthworks, Section 278 and Section 106 agreements, together with build-over agreements. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroDrainage/WinDes is essential, with experience using PDS considered advantageous.

In return, our client offers an excellent work-life balance with the flexibility to work from home four days per week, alongside the opportunity to work on prestigious projects within a supportive consultancy that genuinely invests in its people and offers clear long-term career progression.
