Project Architect

An award-winning AJ100 architectural practice is seeking a talented and motivated Project Architect to join its dynamic Leicester studio. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural design and delivery across all RIBA work stages

  • Manage project coordination, client liaison, and consultant engagement

  • Produce high-quality technical drawings and specifications

  • Ensure compliance with UK planning policy and building regulations

  • Contribute to design reviews and mentor junior team members

  • Work on complex logistics and industrial schemes from concept to completion

Candidate Requirements

  • ARB-registered Architect with 3+ years post-qualification experience

  • Strong design and technical skills, with a portfolio showcasing both

  • Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial projects preferred

  • Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows

  • Excellent communication and project management abilities

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
