Conrad Consulting are excited to be working with a forward‑thinking architectural practice in Basingstoke, known for delivering standout work across Residential, Commercial, Education, and Conservation sectors. Following a period of sustained success, they’re expanding and looking for a talented Project Architect to become a key part of their team.
What we’re looking for?
You’ll be a Part 3 qualified Project Architect with at least three years’ post‑qualification experience and a passion for delivering high‑quality work.
Key skills include:
- RIBA/ARB registration
- Experience working across the project lifecycle through all RIBA stages
- Confident project running and team coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, with working knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid understanding of UK Planning, Building Regulations, and tender processes
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
