Conrad Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to join a team delivering projects for a data centre client in London.
This opportunity would suit a project management professional with experience delivering data centre projects or working within technically complex environments, including utilities, power, substations or complex MEP fit-outs.
The Role
You will support the successful delivery of projects, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring progress and ensuring that project objectives are achieved.
Responsibilities are expected to include:
- Coordinating project activities, programmes and deliverables.
- Managing relationships with clients, contractors and project stakeholders.
- Monitoring progress, identifying risks and resolving delivery issues.
- Supporting programme, cost and quality management.
- Maintaining project documentation and reporting on project performance.
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
About You
You will have:
- Experience in project management within construction or the built environment.
- Ideally, previous data centre project experience.
- Alternatively, experience in utilities, power, substations or complex MEP fit-outs.
- Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a technically demanding environment.
