A specialist consultancy delivering projects across healthcare, residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors is looking for a Quantity Surveyor at APC level. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support project cost management while gaining the experience needed to progress toward MRICS.
What you’ll be doing:

Preparing and updating cost plans, budgets, and forecasts across a variety of projects

Tracking project costs and helping produce financial reports

Supporting tendering, procurement, and contract administration
-
Working closely with directors and senior surveyors on commercial and project delivery matters
-
Keeping project records accurate and up to date, ensuring compliance with company standards
What we’re looking for:

1–4 years’ experience in quantity surveying, working toward APC/MRICS
-
Solid understanding of contracts, cost management, and commercial procedures
-
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
-
Excellent communication and team-working abilities
-
Motivated to develop technical skills and progress toward chartered status
