A well-respected consultancy is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Bristol to lead commercial management on challenging, high-value infrastructure, power, and heavy civils projects. This is a hands-on role, offering the chance to take real ownership and work closely with clients and project teams to deliver outstanding results.
Role Highlights
- Oversee full project cost management, from initial budgets to final account settlements
- Manage contracts (NEC essential), procurement processes, variations, and risk
- Serve as the main commercial liaison for clients, offering strategic guidance
- Support and mentor junior QS team members, contributing to team growth
- Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on budget, and to the highest standard
What We’re Looking For
- Strong QS experience on complex infrastructure, power, or heavy civils projects
- NEC contract knowledge is a must
- Commercially astute, confident, and client-focused
- Proven track record delivering high-value, technically demanding schemes
