Quantity Surveyor – Glasgow

As a quantity surveyor, you will play a key role in managing project finances from inception through to completion, ensuring commercial success while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a quantity surveyor, you will manage cost planning, valuations, variations, and final accounts across multiple projects.
- Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and procurement strategies.
- Monitor project budgets and provide accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and site teams to ensure commercial objectives are met.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a quantity surveyor within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts (JCT/NEC).
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
