Senior Architects required to join a busy Architectural & multi-disciplinary studio in central Manchester on a 6-month Contract basis.

We are representing an AJ100 powerhouse with a prominent office in central Manchester. They are looking for a minimum of 2 new hires to join them and support some new projects within their busy Residential sector.
They have a new, high-rise Residential development reaching a key stage in it's progress. This is a tall building, so they really need someone with experience dealing with and managing similar sized schemes.
This role will encompass both design & technical responsibilities. The work will prove challenging and rewarding in equal measure.
Key criteria for this Senior Architect hire will include the following:
- ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect
- Minimum 5-years post-qualification.
- Tall buildings (Residential) experience.
- Strong design & technical skills
- Excellent communications skills (Written, verbal, presentation).
- REVIT & AutoCAD proficiency.
Flexible/hybrid working arrangements can be offered. This will be a 3-6 month contract assignment reviewed regularly in-line with quality of work produced and likely completion of project.
