Conrad Consulting are partnering with a Global Multidisciplinary practice with a strong reputation for delivering high‑quality projects across the Education, Commercial, Energy, Transportation, and Infrastructure sectors. Their Dublin studio is expanding, and they are now seeking a proactive, talented Senior Architect to join a collaborative team working on impactful projects that shape local communities.
This role will initially focus on Aviation, Industrial and Education, supporting design teams through all stages and contributing to the delivery of high‑quality builds You’ll be joining a well‑structured, supportive environment while taking on meaningful responsibility within the Dublin office.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading project delivery with a strong on‑site presence
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members within the Dublin studio
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across Ireland
- Delivering education, airport, industrial, and wider infrastructure projects
- Preparing and submitting planning applications through the Irish planning system
- Ensuring compliance with Irish building regulations, technical guidance documents and planning requirements
- Conducting regular site visits and overseeing construction-stage activities
What We’re Looking For
- Part 3 qualified and ARB registered
- Strong on‑site experience, confident in inspections and contractor coordination
- Proven experience on Large scale projects throughout various sectors
- Proficient with Revit and Revit BIM
- Excellent knowledge of Irish building regulations
- A full driving licence is highly advantageous due to site travel requirements
