Conrad Consulting are partnering with a global multidisciplinary practice recognised for delivering high‑quality projects across the Education, Commercial, Energy, Transportation, and Infrastructure sectors. Their Cork studio is now seeking a proactive, highly capable Senior Architect to take a leading role on a major Aviation project, working closely with on‑site teams and driving project delivery from the ground up.
This position is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a site‑focused environment, is confident working independently, and brings strong technical and coordination skills to large‑scale, complex projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking a lead role on a major Aviation project, with a strong day‑to‑day presence on site
- Working independently within the Cork region while receiving support from wider teams
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams across Ireland to ensure seamless project delivery
- Managing construction‑stage activities, inspections, and contractor coordination
- Preparing and submitting planning applications through the Irish planning system
- Ensuring full compliance with Irish building regulations, technical guidance documents, and planning requirements
- Supporting the delivery of aviation, industrial, and education projects as required
What We’re Looking For
- Part 3 qualified and ARB registered
- Extensive on‑site experience, ideally on large‑scale or complex projects
- Strong technical capability and confidence in contractor engagement
- Proficiency in Revit and Revit‑based BIM workflows
- Excellent understanding of Irish building regulations and planning processes
- A full driving licence is highly advantageous due to regular site travel
- Candidates must already be based in Ireland with relevant Irish project experience
