Senior Architect

Senior Architect required to join a busy Architectural practice in central Manchester to work on a number of high-profile and prestigious projects across the Education, Commercial and Residential sectors.

With some of the Senior team here progressing further on into management and Associate-level roles, there is a great opportunity here to join as a Senior Architect with a clear route of progression outlined infront of you.

This practice are a long-standing member of the Manchester Architectural community. They have contributed to some notable projects in Manchester and across the North-West of England. Their office is in a well-known and easily accessible part of the city centre and their existing team consists of some high-quality Architects and Architectural professionals. They offer hybrid working and good flexibility here too.

Having recently been commissioned to a selection of high-profile frameworks there is now a requirement for a Senior Architect to join this reputable firm of Architects as they look to continue their excellent work. Projects will include works on Commercial workplace, School/College development, Residential schemes, Industrial and everything in-between.

Initially as a Senior Architect you will be joining the practice in a leading role. You will oversee lesser-experienced members of staff and provide continued support to colleagues and peers across multiple disciplines. You will report into Directors and spend your time in a mixture of office-based and on-site roles. As you adopt further responsibilities there will be scope to review your job title, salary and other incentives & rewards.

In order to be considered for this position, (Most of) the following criteria should be met:

·ARB/RIBA Qualification.
·Have a minimum 8 years practical experience (3 or 4 years post-qualification preferred)
·Be confident, approachable and well-presented.
·Be able to use REVIT to a high-standard.
·Have excellent Technical & design skills.
·Resi, Commercial, Industrial or Education sector experience is essential.

Salary: £40k-£46k (Negotiable dependent on experience)
