This highly respected firm has undergone significant expansion over the last few years, opening new studios and completing several strategic mergers across the UK. Their Bristol office continues to grow, and they are now seeking a Senior Architect to help lead and deliver a range of high‑profile workplace projects.

As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in project delivery, team leadership and client engagement. You’ll be joining a collaborative, design‑driven environment where your expertise will directly influence the continued success and growth of the practice.

Key requirements for the Senior Architect:

  • ARB / RIBA Chartered Architect
  • Minimum 5–7 years’ post‑qualification experience
  • Extensive experience delivering workplace and office fit‑out projects
  • Proven job‑running capability, managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and delegating to junior team members
  • Full working proficiency in Revit
  • Experience using Photoshop and InDesign is advantageous
  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage clients, consultants and contractors
