An Architectural Technician is required on a contract basis to join a highly respected, UK‑wide multi‑disciplinary consultancy, taking on a key position within their core Technical team in London.
This is an initial 6‑month contract, with strong potential for extension or a future permanent role depending on performance and project workload.
As anArchitectural Technician, your responsibilities will include:

Delivering high‑quality Architectural Design Services and producing robust, buildable technical solutions.

Supporting project management duties, including coordination and cost awareness.

Leading on technical and design reviews across multiple project stages.

Working collaboratively within a multi‑disciplinary environment to ensure safe, compliant, and practical design outcomes.
We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Architectural Technician or Technical design role.

Strong REVIT capability.

Excellent technical knowledge, particularly RIBA Stage 4 detailing.

Experience working on large‑scale or complex projects.

Existing SC clearance or the ability to obtain it.
