Brand-new opportunity to join an AJ100 practice in Manchester city centre as a Senior Architectural Technologist.
Our client have an excellent reputation. They are well-known throughout the Manchester region and across the breadth of the UK. Their rise to prominence has been calculated and measured; including the structured growth of their various regional offices.
In Manchester, the office is home to around 20 members of staff. They are situated in a nice pocket of the city centre and the team travel into the office from all corners of the North-West region. They are pretty much exclusively using REVIT practice-wide, and they would ideally want any new hires to have existing experience using the software.
Their current requirement is for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join the Manchester studio to work on a mixture of Exciting, modern Architectural projects within the Commercial and Residential sectors.
This person should be a proven job-runner with a demonstrable portfolio of completed projects across a wide range of sectors (Resi & Commercial preferred).
Ideally applicants will have a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience and a background in the Commercial And/Or Residential sectors alongside good experience using REVIT/BIM.
