With a reputation for delivering high-quality schemes across the North-West, they’re now seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to play a pivotal role in shaping their future.
This studio is known for its thoughtful design, technical excellence, and collaborative culture. Typically they work on Education, Commercial, and Residential sectors across: Cheshire, Shropshire, and North/Mid-Wales. They have a very healthy pipeline of work secured well into 2026.
You’ll join a talented team led by a respected Principal Architect, contributing to the delivery of complex projects from early technical stages through to completion. This is a strategic hire aimed at strengthening the studio’s technical leadership .. Ideal for someone ready to take ownership of projects, mentor junior staff, and influence best practice across the team.
What we are looking for:

Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist, ideally with 5+ years UK-based practice

Strong technical delivery skills, with the ability to lead packages and coordinate with consultants

Proficiency in REVIT is essential; BIM coordination experience is a bonus

Sector experience in Education, Commercial or Residential projects

Confident communicator, able to liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams

A proactive mindset and genuine passion for quality architecture
