The Role
The practice is looking for an experienced, job‑running Senior Architectural Technologist who can take ownership of projects from technical design through to delivery. You will work closely with a talented team of architects, designers and urban specialists, contributing to high‑quality residential-led schemes and ensuring smooth coordination across all project stages.
You’ll be joining a collaborative, friendly and professional environment where clear communication, design quality and client care are central to everything they do.
Key Requirements

Proven job‑running experience on live projects

Strong background in the residential sector

Experience working with housebuilders beneficial but not essential

High level of technical competence and understanding of UK Building Regulations

Proficiency in Revit highly advantageous

Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams

Strong communication skills and a proactive, detail‑driven approach
