This practice are looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join them, someone ideally with 5+ years practical experience working in a similar role. There will be opportunity here to take ownership of projects, job-run, and help to oversee and manage a busy design & technical team.
Typical projects you will encounter here cover a multitude of design sectors; Education, Residential, Commercial and various others. They are looking for someone to blend with the existing team and to continue the good work established in these sectors.
Key Requirements of the Architectural Technician/Technologist:
- Qualifications: Degree, HNC, or HND.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of practical experience, ideally within a UK-based practice or developer.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrable expertise in using both REVIT and AutoCAD software.
- Sector Experience: Previous experience in the Education sectors is preferred, but a general, multi-sector background will also be considered.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Technical Skills: Exceptional technical detailing abilities.
