You’ll join a growing Bristol team with an exciting project pipeline, helping clients realise the full potential of their assets throughout the built environment.
The Role
A varied and technically rewarding position where you’ll deliver a mixture of project and professional surveying work, including:

Commercial and residential refurbishment projects and contract administration

Technical due diligence and pre‑acquisition surveys

Dilapidations (landlord & tenant), schedules of condition and defect analysis
-
Building consultancy advice across a broad range of sectors including civic, community, workplace, transport and education
-
Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors within the Bristol office
-
Working closely with clients ranging from developers and funds to public sector and estates teams
You’ll be part of a team that helps clients improve, maintain and enhance their properties - from early stage assessments to on‑site delivery and long‑term asset advice.
What You’ll Need

Experience as a Building Surveyor within a consultancy
-
MRICS qualified (or equivalent senior‑level expertise)

Strong technical reporting skills and excellent attention to detail

Experience across both project and professional disciplines

Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload
-
Client‑facing confidence and strong communication skills
