We’re recruiting for a Senior Building Surveyor to join a well-established and growing building consultancy in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a varied workload across multiple sectors, combining professional surveying work with project-based delivery.
You’ll be joining a strong office of 18 surveyors and supporting a busy pipeline of work across the South West, with the chance to work nationally on projects including London and Scotland.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage surveying projects across a range of sectors

Deliver building surveys, dilapidations, party wall matters, and contract administration

Provide technical advice and guidance to clients and project teams

Manage projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to a high professional standard

Support and mentor junior staff where required
Candidate Profile

MRICS qualified
-
Experience across dilapidations, party wall and contract administration
-
Strong communication skills and a confident client-facing manner
-
Ability to manage multiple projects and build strong client relationships
-
Experience across multiple sectors is advantageous
