What You’ll Be Doing

Leading and delivering a broad range of building surveying instructions

Managing client relationships and supporting business development

Overseeing project work from inception to completion

Providing expert technical advice across commercial, residential, and public‑sector assets

Mentoring junior surveyors and contributing to team growth
What We’re Looking For

Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) or close to qualification

Strong technical knowledge and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset

Confident communicator with excellent client‑facing skills

Experience across both professional and project‑based surveying
