You’ll be joining a respected practice with a strong technical reputation and a diverse client base spanning the Commercial, Industrial, Education, Healthcare, and Public Sector markets.
The Role
You’ll take a lead role in delivering a broad range of professional building surveying services, supporting major clients and contributing to the continued growth of a thriving team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and delivering core professional services:
- Dilapidations
- Party Wall matters
- Building Pathology
- Landlord & Tenant advice
- Schedules of Condition
- Technical report writing
- Undertaking inspections, surveys, and feasibility assessments
- Preparing specifications, tender documentation, and overseeing project delivery
- Providing expert technical guidance to clients across multiple sectors
- Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors
- Ensuring high‑quality, compliant, and client‑focused service delivery
About You
You’ll be a confident, technically strong Building Surveyor who enjoys working across a varied workload and building long‑term client relationships.
We’re looking for:
- MRICS status (or close to achieving)
- Strong experience across professional surveying duties
- A background in commercial or industrial property
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
- A proactive, solutions‑driven approach
- Ambition to progress within a supportive, collaborative consultancy
