Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Civil Technician to join its infrastructure team, offering the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of exciting civil engineering and development projects.
You'll play a key role in producing and coordinating high-quality CAD and BIM drawings, models and technical information across a range of infrastructure schemes, including highways, drainage, earthworks, utilities and flood risk. Working alongside engineers and other design professionals, you'll take ownership of technical outputs, contribute to design development and help ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently and to the highest standards.
Our client is looking for someone with strong CAD and BIM capabilities, a sound understanding of civil engineering principles and experience producing detailed technical information within a consultancy environment. You'll be confident coordinating designs, resolving technical challenges and maintaining drawing standards, with a good working knowledge of relevant UK standards, health and safety and environmental requirements.
Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage workloads, meet deadlines and work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
