My client, a highly reputable project management and quantity surveying consultancy working within the infrastructure and construction sector, is actively looking to expand their current operations in London. They are looking to bring in a Senior Cost Manager focused on Commercial, Higher Education, Master Planning & Residential related projects within their wider team.
Candidate Requirements
- Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
- Providing procurement & Strategy advice.
- Experienced within Commercial, Education & Residential projects (pre- and post-contract)
- Prior experience working within a UK construction consultancy is essential.
