A leading multidisciplinary building consultancy is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects across residential, retail, hospitality, infrastructure, and leisure sectors. You’ll be responsible for delivering multiple high-value schemes, managing teams, and being the main point of contact for clients.
What you’ll be doing
- Oversee several large-scale projects at once, ensuring budgets, programmes, and quality standards are met
- Act as the primary client advisor, providing guidance and strategic input
- Lead and mentor project teams, including Project Managers and junior staff
- Take responsibility for risk management, procurement decisions, and contracts
- Drive improvements in project processes and contribute to the growth of the business
- Represent the company at client meetings, workshops, and key project events
Who we’re looking for
- Extensive experience managing complex projects in residential, retail, hospitality, infrastructure, or leisure
- Proven ability to deliver large, high-profile projects successfully
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent client management, negotiation, and communication skills
- MRICS/chartered status desirable
- Confident decision-maker who thrives on responsibility
