Senior Project Manager

I’m working with a leading global multidisciplinary consultancy to recruit a Senior Project Manager for its Bristol team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project professional to join a well-established transportation team and take a leading role on major rail and highways infrastructure projects across the UK.

The Role

  • Lead major rail projects through the full project lifecycle.

  • Manage multidisciplinary project and design teams.

  • Take ownership of programme, cost, risk and commercial performance.

  • Manage project governance, contract administration and client requirements.

  • Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Support bids and help develop new project opportunities.

  • Mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.

  • Progress towards a Project Lead / Project Director position.

About You

  • Strong experience delivering major infrastructure projects within a consultancy or client-side environment.

  • Background in rail, highways or wider transportation infrastructure.

  • Strong NEC contract and project management experience.

  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.

  • Strong commercial, programme, risk and stakeholder management skills.

  • Confident working with senior clients and project stakeholders.
