I’m working with a leading global multidisciplinary consultancy to recruit a Senior Project Manager for its Cardiff office.
The role sits within a high-performing Rail and Transit project delivery team, giving you the opportunity to work on some of the UK and Ireland’s most significant transportation infrastructure programmes.
The Role

Take a senior role in the successful delivery of major transportation projects.

Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across project and design management.

Oversee scope, programme, cost, risk, resources and project interfaces.

Ensure projects meet commercial, technical, HSE and quality requirements.

Develop strong, long-term client relationships.
-
Contribute to regional rail strategy and business development.
-
Lead and support bids for major infrastructure opportunities.
-
Share best practice and mentor less experienced project managers.
About You
-
Experienced Project Manager with a background in major infrastructure delivery.

Experience across rail, highways or wider transportation projects.
-
Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and project delivery.

Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
-
Strong commercial awareness with experience managing programme, cost and risk.
-
Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
-
Consultancy, contractor or client-side experience within major infrastructure.
