We are currently supporting a key client who are looking to add not one but two Senior Quantity Surveyors to their Glasgow team.
They are working on a huge variety of projects ranging from Hotels, Student Accommodation, Healthcare, Logistics, High End Retail and Leisure projects to name but a few with the largest project being a whopping £200m regeneration project.
Requirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
- Providing procurement & Strategy advice along with prequalification and tender analysis
- Experienced in cost planning, value engineering, billing, preparing tenders, feasibility studies
- Client facing
- Solid knowledge of both JCT and NEC forms of contract
Prior experience of working within a UK construction consultancy is essential
On offer for the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- This position offers excellent pay of up to £65,000 and fantastic project exposure.
