A leading consultancy is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the lead on complex, high-value projects across infrastructure, power, and heavy civils. This is a hands-on commercial role where you’ll have real responsibility, working closely with clients and project teams to deliver on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading cost management across large-scale projects, from budgets and forecasts to final accounts
- Administering contracts (NEC experience essential) and managing procurement, variations, and risk
- Acting as the main commercial contact for clients, providing strategic advice and guidance
- Mentoring junior QS team members and helping develop the wider team
- Supporting successful project delivery while driving commercial best practice
What we’re looking for
- Proven QS experience in heavy civils, infrastructure, or power projects
- NEC contract experience is essential
- MRICS qualified or working towards
- Confident, proactive, and commercially aware, with excellent client-facing skills
- Experience delivering complex, high-value schemes
