Conrad Consulting is working with a leading multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing London team.

The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:
- Deliver high-quality quantity surveying and cost management services
- Take responsibility for projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare and manage cost plans, budgets and financial reports
- Lead procurement and tendering activities
- Manage project costs, forecasts and commercial reporting
- Work confidently with NEC contracts
- Identify, assess and manage commercial risks and opportunities
- Provide strategic commercial advice to clients and project teams
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Travel to project sites across the UK as required
About You
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong building-sector experience.
You should have:
- Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy environment
- Strong experience delivering building projects
- Good working knowledge of NEC contracts
- Excellent cost management and commercial skills
- Strong client-facing and communication abilities
- A proactive, confident and commercially minded approach
- The ability to manage your own workload and take ownership of projects
- Experience working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams
- Healthcare sector experience would be highly desirable
