An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing international project team, working on major construction projects across the Groningen region of the Netherlands.
The successful candidate will take a key role in managing the commercial delivery of projects, working closely with project teams, contractors and clients to ensure strong commercial performance.
The Role
- Lead commercial and cost management across major projects
- Manage budgets, valuations, variations, change and final accounts
- Work closely with project and construction teams
- Provide commercial advice and reporting to senior stakeholders
- Support procurement and contract management
- Help drive strong commercial outcomes throughout project delivery
About You
- Experienced Quantity Surveyor with significant main contractor or consultancy experience
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Experience working on major construction projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- Dutch or international construction experience would be advantageous
