Our client is looking to recruit a talented Senior Structural BIM Technician to join their team in St Albans, working on a diverse range of exciting projects where your ability to transform engineering concepts into high-quality, coordinated structural models and construction drawings will be key to successful project delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician who enjoys working closely with structural engineers, taking ownership of technical delivery and helping bring ambitious designs to life.
You’ll play a pivotal role in producing detailed 3D structural models and construction drawings using Autodesk Revit, ensuring accuracy, consistency and coordination throughout every stage of a project. You’ll collaborate with engineers and other design professionals, contribute to project coordination, maintain high technical standards and help drive improvements in BIM processes, drawing standards and working practices.
Our client is seeking someone with strong structural Revit experience, a sound understanding of structural engineering principles and a keen eye for detail. You’ll be a confident communicator, a proactive team player and someone who takes pride in producing exceptional technical work. Previous experience at a senior level, together with the ability to support colleagues and contribute to the smooth running of projects, would be a real advantage.
