Are you a talented Senior Structural Engineer looking to work on inspiring and architecturally ambitious projects that genuinely shape the built environment?
Our client is a highly respected and forward-thinking multi-disciplinary consultancy renowned for delivering innovative and visually striking engineering solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects. Their collaborative approach brings architects, engineers, and designers together to create exceptional schemes that stand out for both creativity and technical excellence.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team working on a broad range of projects including bespoke private residential developments, education, hospitality, healthcare, and complex temporary works schemes. Every project is approached with fresh thinking and individuality, giving engineers the opportunity to work on technically challenging designs rather than repetitive solutions.
The successful candidate will be degree qualified and either Chartered or working towards Chartership with IStructE or MICE. You will have gained at least five years’ experience within a UK consultancy environment and possess strong technical knowledge across traditional construction materials as well as temporary works design. Experience working within a 3D design environment is essential, alongside a solid understanding of engineering principles and a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions.
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, liaising closely with clients, architects, and fellow consultants while mentoring and supporting junior team members. The role offers genuine responsibility, technical variety, and the chance to play a key part in the continued success and growth of the business.
For ambitious engineers with strong personal and professional goals, this position offers outstanding long-term career prospects within a consultancy that actively supports progression, encourages innovation, and recognises achievement.
