Our client is a highly respected, design-led structural engineering consultancy seeking an ambitious Senior Structural Engineer with at least six years’ experience to join its talented team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering projects from concept through to construction, developing innovative structural solutions and working closely with architects and wider design teams. With plenty of scope to take ownership of projects, apply creative thinking and contribute to a highly regarded practice, this role offers a refreshing alternative to a traditional consultancy environment.
Our client is looking for a technically strong engineer with an accredited MEng degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, a minimum of six years’ relevant consultancy experience and a solid understanding of structural analysis and design in accordance with Eurocodes. Chartered status is preferred, although candidates working towards Chartership with the relevant professional institution will also be considered.
Beyond technical ability, the ideal candidate will be confident developing solutions from first principles, comfortable working independently and passionate about architecture, thoughtful design and sustainable engineering. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach are essential.
