Site Manager
Role Purpose
The Site Manager oversees day-to-day operations on site, ensuring works are executed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. The Site Manager manages site teams, liaises with subcontractors, and maintains compliance with company and statutory requirements. Working on Large Civils projects across Highways and Power projects.
Key Responsibilities
As a Site Manager, you will:

Manage daily site operations and personnel

Ensure construction works are executed to specifications, programme, and quality standards

Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance

Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers effectively

Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions

Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation

Travel nationwide to support multiple sites and projects as required

Support junior staff and report to the Construction Manager or Project Manager
Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Site Manager on civil engineering or construction projects

Strong knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
-
Willingness to travel nationwide for projects
