Conrad Consulting are excited to be working with a leading refurbishment and fit-out contractor based in Edinburgh who are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team for an upcoming project in the city.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established contractor delivering high-quality refurbishment and fit-out projects across the commercial sector.
Key Responsibilities of the Site Manager:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations from inception through to completion
- Manage subcontractors, programme, quality, and health & safety on site
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and the wider project team
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation
- Ensure compliance with all HSE regulations and company procedures
Requirements of the Site Manager:
- Proven experience managing refurbishment and fit-out projects up to £1m in value
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage fast-paced projects and multiple trades on site
- Valid:
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid Certificate
