The Opportunity for the Site Managers:
You'll play a key role in the successful delivery of a large-scale student accommodation project, working alongside an experienced project team to ensure the development is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities will vary depending on your level of experience, but may include:

Supporting or leading the day-to-day management of site operations.

Coordinating subcontractors and site activities.
-
Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
-
Monitoring programme and productivity.
-
Managing quality inspections and snagging.
-
Maintaining accurate site records and reporting.
-
Liaising with clients, consultants, and the wider project team.
-
Assisting with planning, logistics, and project delivery.
We are looking for site managers with experience in one or more of the following sectors:

Student Accommodation
-
Residential
-
Commercial Build
-
Hotels
-
Mixed-Use Developments
Experience Required of the Site Managers:

Experience working for a main contractor.
-
Strong organisational and communication skills.
-
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
-
Commitment to delivering projects safely and to a high standard.
-
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative site team.
Qualifications Required:
-
SMSTS (or SSSTS for Assistant Site Managers, depending on experience)
-
CSCS Card
-
First Aid at Work
-
Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
