Due to continued national growth, we are seeking an experienced Condition Surveyor to join their team in a fully remote capacity.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor who thrives on variety and autonomy. You’ll be undertaking condition surveys across schools, academies, and further education facilities nationwide, helping clients understand the state of their estates and plan essential improvements.
You’ll be part of a supportive, forward‑thinking team, with full remote flexibility and the chance to work on meaningful projects that directly impact learning environments across the UK.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out detailed condition surveys on education buildings nationwide

Produce clear, accurate reports and recommendations

Assess building fabric, M&E elements, and overall asset condition

Liaise with internal teams to ensure consistent data capture and quality

Support the development of long‑term maintenance plans and compliance assessments

Represent the consultancy professionally when on site
About You
We’re keen to speak with surveyors who can bring:

Proven experience in building condition surveys (education sector experience advantageous)

Strong understanding of building pathology, construction methods, and compliance standards
-
Excellent report‑writing skills and attention to detail

Confidence working independently and managing your own schedule
-
Willingness to travel nationwide as required

Relevant surveying qualifications (HNC/HND, Degree, or equivalent experience)
