STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

The successful engineer will play a central role in the design and delivery of projects, acting as a key technical contributor and a trusted point of contact for architects, clients and contractors. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years’ experience in structural engineering, supported by strong technical capability and a genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning. They will be a confident communicator, comfortable working collaboratively with clients, design teams and contractors, and capable of managing projects from concept through to construction. Experience designing in a variety of materials and structural forms is essential, along with a proactive approach to ownership and responsibility. An interest in sustainability and reducing embodied carbon through thoughtful design is highly valued, reflecting the practice’s commitment to making a positive impact through engineering. Candidates will be chartered, or nearing chartership, with the IStructE or ICE.
