STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Our client is a respected civil and structural engineering consultancy delivering high-quality projects. Their portfolio includes buildings, bridges, transport infrastructure, public realm schemes and complex multidisciplinary developments.

Due to continued project wins, they are seeking a Structural Engineer with 2–3 years’ UK post-graduate experience to join their growing London team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious engineer looking for genuine project responsibility and the chance to accelerate their professional development toward chartership.

The successful candidate will support the design and delivery of a wide range of structural and infrastructure projects, contributing from concept through to construction. The role will involve preparing engineering calculations, reports, drawings and specifications in accordance with Eurocodes and UK standards, while working closely with clients, architects, developers and contractors. The position also offers exposure to site inspections and construction support, providing valuable hands-on project experience.

Candidates should hold a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and have approximately 2–3 years’ UK consultancy or contractor experience, along with a solid grounding in structural design principles and Eurocodes. A proactive, organised approach and strong communication skills are important, along with a clear intention to progress toward Chartered Engineer status (ICE or IStructE).

This represents an excellent opportunity for a motivated structural engineer seeking varied project exposure, strong mentorship and clear career progression within a dynamic consultancy environment.
